Paul, Kalyani and I met in Old Town Alexandria to do their engagement session last Friday, which was a very crazy weather day! But, we somehow lucked out with this great little pocket of time when the rain held off and somehow the ground in Old Town was dry! So, it was meant to be that we do our session that night! Both of them are tall and gorgeous so once again, my job was very easy! Paul is a personal trainer and personalized the session a bit by bringing some props for us to have some fun with! And Kaylani is an event planner so she brought some great details as well! Can’t wait to see what details they add to the wedding day! She was so good to me and so nice, as I was hugely pregnant and waddling around the store like a ticking time bomb! At that time pregnancy kind of freaked her out. Well, 6 years later, she’s married a great guy and has 2 adorable kiddos of her own and we got back in touch thanks to….. yep, Facebook! We’ve gotten together to catch up and she recently asked me to come out to their amazing house on the water near Annapolis to take pictures of her kids. So, earlier this week Harper, Finley and I made the trek up for a playdate & some pictures. The kids are pretty close together and are pretty much the same size so it seems like they could be twins but brother P is the oldest and sister J is the youngest.
