Fun session. Love the ones with the green, green leaves in the background! So lush. I was just at Pohick last week and thought what a great location for pics! 🙂 I’ll be keeping it in mind for fall sessions for sure.

Two weeks ago I had the honor and the privilege of photographing my good friend, and fellow photographer’s, vow renewal ceremony.  Julia, who is a talented photographer and has been a mentor in many ways to me, asked me awhile back if I would mind coming over for a small ceremony they were doing around […]

I love the pictures Erin! Beautiful! What a fun day too.

I’ll try not to make this story too long.  I don’t even think I’ve mentioned this yet but our family has recently moved from our 1st home of 4 years in north Alexandria to a single family home to the south a bit.  We sold our home back in February during all of the crazy […]

Erin, The pictures are beautiful, she is just glowing she is so happy. I know it meant a lot to Krystle to have you care enough to share her special day. I am her Mom (Brenda) The first picture of her flowers and rosary just made the tears flow. That was Krystle’s Great-Grandmothers rosary, and has been passed down on the wedding day of every daughter.
I wish I lived closer, but to see her live in such a great place, travel, make great friends, and find the man of her dreams. What more could a Mom want for her daughter. I hope you take pride in selling your first home to a very special couple.
Thank you for capturing those special moments, Brenda

This week I had the opportunity to meet up with one of my favorite families!  We did their maternity pictures in January and it had to be one of my all time favorite maternity sessions (click HERE to see)!  I feel like they have become my friends in the meantime (thanks to Facebook!) and so […]
